The model HLI75 is a triplex high-pressure plunger pump with a homogenizing valve unit at outlet. The modern drive with integrated oil lubrication is operating without additional auxiliary units or cooling media, which significantly reduces operating costs and contributes substantially to the ecological footprint of the machine. Depending on the application, the pneumatically controlled homogenizing unit is available in single-stage or two-stage versions. A wide variety of products can be homogenized thanks to the different valve materials, such as high-strength stainless steels and sintered materials.
The cylinder block is made of high-alloy, forged and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is characterized by a minimum of wear parts used. A high CIP standard is ensured by the high surface quality and the avoidance of dead spaces. Due to the variety of cylinder block designs, a wide range of products can be processed under hygienic or aseptic conditions.
